CAN YOU CUSTOMISE ANY SHOE ?

Any leather shoe can be customised.If you wnat to full reconstructed a shoe then any upper is acceptable.

DO YOU PAINT THE MID-SOLES ?

No, as there is no paint that will successfully adhere correctly to a rubber mid-sole enough to wear.

HOW DURABLE ARE YOUR SHOES?

The shoes that we hand-paint, are painted using only the best and most trusted leather paint available Angelus Leather Paint. The shoes will maintain there quality under ‘Normal wear’ conditions. Using them when play sport or other such activities is not advised, as scuffing or scrapping could occur and affect the paint job. The shoes that we reconstruct, we only use the best and toughest cotton for the stitching and great quality leathers and other materials for the upper. This helps in maintaining the shoes overall complete structure, like the original.

DOES CHASEZ DESIGNZ PROVIDE THE SHOES?

At this point in time it is better/easier if the customer supplies the shoes to be customised. However in some cases we can obtain some styles of shoes.

HOW MUCH WILL A PAIR COST?

Most shoe prices are around $400-$800 the price maybe higher, or lower depending on the design and if the shoes are supplied or not. A 50% down payment will be required to secure your custom shoes and the rest will be paid when the shoes are done.

DO YOU CREATE PAIRS FOR BUSINESS/PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES?

Yes we do, whatever yourbusiness or promotional needs are we can create a shoe to suit. Just go to the contact page and fill out the contact form. Below are examples of previous work Chasez Designz has done.

HOW DO I ORDER/PURCHASE A PAIR OF YOUR SHOES?

You can purchase a pair from our online store or through the ‘BUY DESIGN BUTTON’ on selected shoes only in the store or just go to the contact page and fill out the contact form along with your design ideas/concepts and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.

DOES CHASEZ DESIGNZ PROVIDE THE SHOES?

For most 1 of 1 order’s Chasez Designz can provide the shoes. For other orders: we can get our hands on some styles of shoes for both Men and Women, just let us know what you’re after and we will let you know if we have them. Otherwise the customer will have to supply the shoes wanted.

DOES THE PAINT YOU USE CRACK, FADE OR RUB OFF?

The paint we use does not crack. Most shoe customiser will tell you that Angelus is the best paint for sneakers. This means the paint will NOT peel, chip or rub off. Angelus paint is also water and fade proof for extra protection. In order for the leather paint to adhere properly we must first take the finish off of the factory leather. In the below picture the shoe first had the factory finish taken off, the paint then soaks into the leather which makes it tough as you can see in the below picture in which the shoes were worn constantly for over 4 months.

WHAT KIND OF MATERIALS CAN MY SHOES BE MADE OUT OF?

The possibilities are nearly endless (to a certain extent) we are more than willing to try exotic new materials for shoes. Please allow more time for customising if we have to order in a material.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT MY SHOES LOOK LIKE?

After you have made your first deposit, we will work one on one with you. You tell us what you want; we will then send previews of what your shoes will look like until you are happy with the preview. Then we will begin the customizing process.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Paypal (the most secure form of payment), which accepts credits cards, Bank transfer/Deposit and Money Order (Australia Only)

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY SHOES TO BE READY?

Once we have worked out your design, it will usually take 3-4 weeks to be complete.
